深耕 3D+AI 赛道，核心增长技术团队。工作核心是技术创新驱动增长，覆盖全球 SEO/GEO 流量、社交裂变、用户归因、多语言国际化、增长基建等全场景。不要求成熟增长经验，只要爱思考、敢落地，全力带教。

岗位职责 1. 在导师指导下参与增长核心后端建设：SEO/GEO 获客、社交裂变、用户行为归因、多语言翻译、全球化基建等系统开发，接触高并发、多地域生产环境。 2. 参与 AI 赋能增长落地：用 AI 工具探索 AI 内容生成、AI 翻译、AI 归因等新场景，解决真实增长痛点。 3. 全栈参与增长链路：以后端为主，接触简单前端页面（落地页、实验页、数据看板）开发，打通"接口→页面→数据回流"完整闭环。 4. 接触增长底层基建：增长实验平台（A/B 测试）、裂变中台、数据归因、流量风控等。 5. 主动发现增长机会和技术优化空间，小步试错推进落地。

任职要求 1. 计算机相关专业在读本科及以上，熟练 Golang 或 Java 至少一种，了解并发、网络、数据库基础，能独立完成中等复杂度后端接口开发。 2. 愿意接触前端（React/Vue），不排斥写简单页面。 3. AI 工具重度使用者：日常用 ChatGPT/Claude/Cursor 提效，能靠 AI 快速完成代码生成、问题排查、技术调研。 4. 自驱靠谱，主动推进任务、主动闭环，跨团队沟通顺畅。 5. 有 SEO/GEO、裂变、归因、多语言、增长实验相关经验或个人项目优先；无经验但学习能力强也欢迎。

加分项 - 有个人博客、开源项目或独立开发者项目 - 用过 GrowthBook / Optimizely / Firebase 等增长工具 - 熟悉 Docker / K8s，有高并发实践 - 玩过 Tripo / Meshy / Midjourney 等 AIGC 工具
