1. 在大语言模型或多模态模型、Agent 学习与推理、代码生成与工具使用、三维生成等至少一个方向有深入的研究与实践经验。 2. 扎实的机器学习基础，能够从开放问题中提出清晰的研究假设，设计有效的实验与评测，并对结果形成独立判断。 3. 能够独立构建和迭代研究系统，贯通模型、工具与执行环境；能从失败案例中定位感知、推理、执行或反馈环节的瓶颈，并通过实验验证改进。 4. 对智能体与三维创作有浓厚兴趣，自驱力强，能够与团队共同推进有不确定性的研究，并对最终效果负责。 1.3 加分项 - 有 Computer Use Agent 或视觉交互 Agent 的项目经验，尤其是操作专业软件、完成长程任务，并根据执行反馈修正行为的经验。 - 熟悉三维生成、CAD、程序化建模，具有 Blender 等 DCC 软件、CAD 软件或图形引擎的使用与开发经验。 - 在模型后训练、交互式任务环境、数据构建、评测或奖励设计方面有实践经验。
