Hoe ziet de job eruit?

Je rol is veelzijdig en dynamisch. Geen dag is hetzelfde, al kan je zeker deze zaken verwachten:

  • Ochtendstart met je team: Je begint de dag met een kort overleg waarin je als team bespreekt welke vooropgestelde doelstellingen van de vorige dag behaald werden en waar we nog dienen bij te sturen. Je brainstormt samen over hoe je de juiste jobs met de juiste kandidaten kan samenbrengen en stelt een dagplanning op voor zowel de binnendienst als voor jezelf op de buitendienst. Koffietje erbij, daarna vol energie de baan op.
  • De baan op: Je bezoekt per maand minstens 50 bedrijven. Dit kunnen bedrijven zijn die reeds met ons samenwerken, maar je prospecteert ook op de baan naar nieuwe bedrijven. Je vertelt wat wij bij Accent doen, wat jouw expertise is en waarom we al meer dan 30 jaar de beste rekruteringspartner in België zijn. Daarnaast ga je ook soms op job tasting. Letterlijk van de job gaan proeven, inderdaad. Jij mag zelf gaan ontdekken wat de jobs van jouw klanten inhouden. Lees: elke avond een goed verhaal om thuis over te vertellen!
  • Kandidaten begeleiden: je begeleidt kandidaten tijdens hun sollicitatiegesprekken ter plaatse. Je geeft hen de juiste info, tips en vertrouwen zodat ze sterk voor de dag komen. Jij zorgt dat ze klaar zijn om te scoren. Maar ook de bedrijven ondersteun je hierin om zo de beste match te maken op lange termijn.
  • Coachen en sturen: jij bent manager by example, terug op kantoor coach je je team en geef je richting waar nodig. Je ondersteunt de binnendienst, bewaakt de prioriteiten en springt bij als het druk wordt.
  • Analytische blik: je volgt de resultaten van je kantoor dagelijks nauwgezet op. Je maakt wekelijkse prognoses op met een bijkomend plan van aanpak. Gaat het goed? Dan vier je dat samen. Moet er wat bijgestuurd worden? Dan neem je het voortouw: je geeft richting, coacht je team en laat hen groeien. Win-win voor iedereen!

Kortom: jij bent de motor van je kantoor. Jij bouwt relaties op, inspireert je team en zet concrete resultaten neer.
