De functie

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten binnen het MKB segment B. Jij ziet kansen waar anderen ze missen en weet prospects te overtuigen van de kracht van ons platform. Met jouw commerciële drive en scherpe aanpak bouw je actief aan een sterke sales pipeline en zet je deze om in concrete deals.

  • Je benadert actief en proactief nieuwe prospects.
  • Je genereert en kwalificeert leads via verschillende kanalen.
  • Je bouwt en beheert je eigen sales pipeline.
  • Je weet prospects te overtuigen en deals te closen.
  • Je vertaalt klantbehoeftes naar concrete oplossingen binnen ons SaaS-platform.
  • Je speelt in op trends en ontwikkelingen binnen e-commerce en logistiek.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met marketing en andere teams om new business te realiseren.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

Wij zoeken een accountmanager met een echte hunter-mentaliteit en een passie voor new business. In deze rol krijg je de kans om impact te maken in een competitieve omgeving waar jouw commerciële drive en resultaatgerichtheid centraal staan.

Samen met jouw collega’s in het Sales team heb jij veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid en is er volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Jij krijgt energie van het openen van deuren, het voeren van scherpe gesprekken en het sluiten van deals.

Werkzaamheden:

  • Proactief benaderen van nieuwe klanten (cold & warm outreach).
  • Opvolgen en converteren van binnenkomende leads.
  • Opbouwen en beheren van een sterke sales pipeline.
  • Identificeren van kansen binnen de markt en deze vertalen naar concrete deals.
  • Voeren van commerciële gesprekken en onderhandelingen.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes.
  • Sluiten van new business deals en zorgen voor een soepele overdracht naar het accountmanagementteam.

Profiel

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt een sterke commerciële drive en een echte winnaarsmentaliteit.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend (Engels is een pré).
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een commerciële rol, bij voorkeur in new business / sales.
  • Je bent 36-40 uur per week beschikbaar.
  • Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je bent zelfstandig en neemt initiatief.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en houdt van targets.
  • Je bent proactief, energiek en overtuigend.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met e-commerce en SaaS.
