Als Account Manager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter zowel nieuwe klantrelaties als het uitbreiden van bestaande accounts. Met onze Added Value, Promotions en Loyalty proposities onder de arm help jij je klanten meer traffic te genereren en hun onderscheidend vermogen te vergroten, met betere salesresultaten als gevolg. Jouw missie? Het transformeren van leads naar tevreden klanten en het verder uitbouwen van bestaande accounts tot duurzame partnerships. Met jouw creatieve aanpak speel je in op hun behoeften en bied je uitdagende loyaliteitsoplossingen. Zodra je het vertrouwen hebt gewonnen, zorg je intern voor een vlekkeloze coördinatie en ben je nauw betrokken bij de lancering van nieuwe campagnes en programma's. Je werkt intensief samen met het Projectmanagementteam en blijft een belangrijke schakel in het succes van jouw klant, van start tot evaluatie.

  • een professioneel team van ongeveer 80 collegas, met een gedreven en ondernemend sales team van ongeveer 10 personen

VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

  • Verkoop van Added Value, Promotions en Loyalty oplossingen aan grote accounts in Nederland.
  • Je eigen klantportfolio, waarvoor jij het eerste aanspreekpunt bent.
  • Nadat de deal is gesloten, draag je zorg voor de opstart van nieuwe campagnes en programmas.
  • Uitwerken van klantproposities en offertes, totdat een passende oplossing is gevonden.

JOUW PROFIEL

Jij bereikt resultaat door de juiste mensen met de juiste propositie te verbinden. Door daadkrachtig en kwalitatief de relatie met je klant in te steken wordt je gezien als gesprekspartner van niveau. Vervolgens ga je creatief en oplossingsgericht met de klantvraag aan de slag.

  • Een HBO werk-/denkniveau met een commerciële achtergrond.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een (new business) sales omgeving.
  • Een track record in het aantrekken van nieuwe klanten en het ontwikkelen van bestaande.
  • Ervaring in de Retail/eTail industrie, bij voorkeur in de verkoop van eCommerce oplossingen.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.

DE BELOFTE

  • hybride werken, waarbij je tussen de 1 en 3 dagen op kantoor wordt verwacht;
