  • Salaris op basis van kennis en ervaring, conform de Hibin cao. Deze functie valt in schaal 8 met een maximum van € 4.153,15 bruto per maand.
  • Auto van de zaak (met ruime keuze), plus een telefoon en laptop van BMN.
  • 37 vrije dagen: 25 vakantiedagen en 12 atv-dagen bij een fulltime dienstverband. De atv-dagen kun je inzetten voor extra vrije tijd of (deels) laten uitbetalen.
  • 8% vakantiegeld, naar keuze jaarlijks of maandelijks uit te laten keren.
  • Goed geregelde pensioenvoorziening.
  • Medewerkerskorting op bouwmaterialen. Handig als je zelf aan het klussen bent.
  • Toegang tot opleidingen en trainingen via onze eigen BMN Academie.

Je weet dat een succesvol gesprek begint met goed luisteren en het echt begrijpen van de behoeften van de klant. Dankzij jouw ervaring binnen de bouwsector ben je in staat om zowel commercieel als technisch advies te geven dat klanten daadwerkelijk verder helpt. Je hebt een resultaatgerichte mindset en een grote dosis gedrevenheid. Daarnaast:

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau.
  • Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring als accountmanager, medewerker buitendienst of verkoper bij een bouwgroothandel.
  • Kennis van de markt en de productgroepen.
