Jobomschrijving

Zo ziet je job er uit

  • Aanwezigheidsbeleid: opvolgen en begeleiden van langdurig zieke personeelsleden. Contact onderhouden, gesprekken voeren en advies geven over hun situatie en mogelijke verdere stappen.
  • Wettelijke procedures: correcte administratieve opvolging en uitvoering van de wettelijke procedures rond afwezigheid en langdurige ziekte. Nauwkeurigheid en administratieve vaardigheden zijn hierbij essentieel.
  • Individuele sociale begeleiding: gesprekken voeren met personeelsleden die persoonlijke of psychosociale problemen ervaren. Bekijken welke ondersteuning de werkgever kan bieden en waar nodig externe hulpverlening inschakelen.
  • Overleg en advies: samenwerken met leidinggevenden en HR-collega's, dossiers bespreken en meedenken over mogelijke oplossingen.
  • Verplaatsingen: regelmatig op bezoek bij langdurig zieke personeelsleden, onder meer voor gesprekken aan huis. Gemiddeld 2 à 3 verplaatsingen per week. Er zijn dienstwagens beschikbaar.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Als sociaal begeleider ondersteun en begeleid je personeelsleden bij langdurige afwezigheid en persoonlijke of psychosociale moeilijkheden. Je takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit:

  • Opvolging van langdurige afwezigheid: je houdt contact met langdurig zieke personeelsleden, voert begeleidingsgesprekken en geeft advies over hun situatie en mogelijke vervolgstappen.
  • Administratieve en wettelijke opvolging: je staat in voor een correcte administratieve verwerking en uitvoering van de procedures rond afwezigheid en langdurige ziekte. Nauwkeurigheid en een goede administratieve opvolging zijn hierbij belangrijk.
  • Individuele sociale begeleiding: je luistert naar personeelsleden die geconfronteerd worden met persoonlijke of psychosociale problemen. Samen bekijk je welke ondersteuning de werkgever kan bieden. Indien nodig verwijs je door naar gepaste externe hulpverlening.
  • Overleg en advies: je werkt nauw samen met leidinggevenden en HR-collega’s, bespreekt dossiers en denkt mee na over passende oplossingen.
  • Gesprekken op locatie: je bezoekt regelmatig personeelsleden die langdurig afwezig zijn, onder andere voor gesprekken aan huis. Gemiddeld gaat het om twee à drie verplaatsingen per week. Voor deze verplaatsingen zijn dienstwagens beschikbaar.

Je maakt deel uit van het Departement Personeel, binnen de dienst Begeleiding & Ontwikkeling. Het departement telt ongeveer 48 medewerkers. Binnen de dienst Begeleiding & Ontwikkeling werk je samen met 9 collega’s.

Je maakt deel uit van het team Begeleiding en werkt nauw samen met verschillende partners, waaronder de arbeidspsycholoog en de loopbaanbegeleider. Samen zorg je voor een professionele en gecoördineerde ondersteuning van personeelsleden.
