The posting

Als technisch deskundige: - nieuwe wetgevingen ivm slachtofferbejegening analyseren, samenvatten en verspreiden; - deelnemen aan de uitwerking van de actieplannen inzake politionele slachtofferbejegening en ze uitvoeren; - de moeilijkheden of problemen die de collega's binnen dit domein ervaren, bepalen en mogelijke oplossingen formuleren, voorstellen en verder uitwerken - zich op de hoogte houden van de verschillende instanties die in dit domein werkzaam zijn om slachtoffers doeltreffend te kunnen doorverwijzen; - coördineren in het kader van het TAM-netwerk; - tools uitwerken met het oog op kwaliteitsvolle slachtofferbejegening;..

Als contactpersoon: - antwoorden op verzoeken van informatie van zowel interne als externe klanten én indien nodig ze doorverwijzen naar de bevoegde personen/instanties; - de klanten uitleg geven over de procedure en bij problemen nadenken over klantgerichte oplossingen; - als doorgeefluik fungeren tussen het personeelslid en de bevoegde sociale diensten binnen de organisatie (bv. HRM, stressteam,...) en bijdragen tot projecten opgezet door partners.

Als vertegenwoordiger: - het standpunt van de werkgever meedelen in werkgroepen; - aanwezig zijn op de geschikte fora (welzijnteams, TAM-netwerk,...); - een netwerk van contacten uitbouwen en coördineren; - de netwerking en het partnerschap met de andere actoren inzake de opvolging van de slachtoffers bevorderen.

Als eerstelijns psychosociale actor: - informatie en uitleg vragen bij verschillende bronnen; - op de plaats van de feiten of op een geschikte plaats als eerste naar de slachtoffers luisteren, hen steunen, practische hulp bieden, informatie verschaffen...vanuit hun behoefte aan bescherming, emotionele veiligheid, geruststelling; - helpen bij slechtnieuwsmelding met respect voor de richtlijnen van de COL 17/2012; - begeleiden bij het brengen van de laatste groet; - kinderen opvangen bij huiszoekingen of ernstig intrafamiliaal geweld; - getuigen van potentieel traumatiserende gebeurtenissen helpen; - de politieambtenaren sensibiliseren en ondersteunen op het vlak van politionele slachtofferbejegening, - indien nodig alternatieven voorstellen om met situaties van slachtofferschap om te gaan;... .

Bachelor maatschappelijk assistent

Personen met een BA/MA Criminologische Wetenschappen zonder een BA maatschappelijk assistent, komen niet in aanmerking. Alsook graduaatsdiploma's komen niet in aanmerking.
