Als maatschappelijk assistent ben jij een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, hun familie en collega's. Je luistert, ondersteunt en zorgt voor verbinding wanneer situaties complex zijn of vragen oproepen. Met jouw warme aanpak, heldere communicatie en professionele blik help je mee bouwen aan een omgeving waar bewoners en hun netwerk zich gehoord en ondersteund voelen.

Jouw impact

Achter elke bewoner staat een netwerk van ouders, familieleden en wettelijke vertegenwoordigers. Mensen met vragen, verwachtingen, zorgen en hoop. Mee ervoor zorgen dat zij zich gehoord en betrokken voelen, daar draait deze functie om.

Binnen een warm team van maatschappelijk assistenten bewaak je mee het hulpverleningstraject van bewoners. Nieuwe bewoners krijgen een warme start, families weten bij wie ze terechtkunnen en collega's kunnen rekenen op heldere afstemming.

Aanwezigheid, betrokkenheid en verbinding maken daarin het verschil. In de leefgroepen, tijdens gesprekken met families of bij overleg met collega's zorg je ervoor dat mensen elkaar blijven vinden en begrijpen. Zo bouw je elke dag mee aan iets wat niet in procedures of documenten te vatten is: vertrouwen.

Jij bent

Mensen omschrijven je als toegankelijk, betrokken en betrouwbaar. Je weet vertrouwen op te bouwen, kan goed luisteren en behoudt rust wanneer situaties complex worden. Verschillende verwachtingen of standpunten samenbrengen geeft je energie en je gelooft sterk in de kracht van dialoog en samenwerking.

Voor deze functie beschik je over een bachelordiploma sociaal werk, optie maatschappelijk werk. Daarnaast communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands, heb je een goede kennis van het Frans en werk je moeiteloos met digitale toepassingen zoals Word, Excel en Outlook. Een rijbewijs B en een eigen wagen zijn eveneens nodig voor deze functie.
