A Accord Farmacêutica, referência no mercado de Genéricos e Biossimilares nos segmentos de Oncologia, Hematologia e Terapias Críticas, está em busca de um(a) Analista de Assuntos Regulatórios Jr. para integrar nosso time e contribuir para a conformidade regulatória dos produtos da companhia.

Buscamos um(a) profissional proativo(a), organizado(a) e comprometido(a), com experiência em processos regulatórios de medicamentos. Essa posição será responsável pelo suporte às atividades de registro e pós-registro de produtos, acompanhamento de legislações aplicáveis, elaboração de documentação técnica e interface com órgãos reguladores, garantindo o atendimento aos requisitos regulatórios e a manutenção dos registros dos produtos da empresa.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Elaborar e protocolar processos de registro, renovação e pós-registro de medicamentos genéricos, similares e biológicos;
  • Preparar dossiês regulatórios em formato CTD, assegurando a conformidade com os requisitos vigentes;
  • Realizar análise crítica da documentação técnica recebida da matriz para suportar processos de registro, renovação e alterações pós-registro;
  • Gerenciar atividades relacionadas a pós-registro, HMP, PATE e controle de mudanças de medicamentos;
  • Atender exigências técnicas de processos regulatórios de novos produtos, extensões de linha e pós-registros;
  • Avaliar e manter atualizada a documentação legal da empresa, incluindo Autorizações de Funcionamento, Licenças Sanitárias, Certificados de Regularidade e demais documentos aplicáveis;
  • Monitorar e avaliar legislações, RDCs, guias, diretrizes da ANVISA, CMED e demais órgãos regulatórios relevantes;
  • Fornecer suporte técnico e regulatório às áreas internas e parceiros de negócios;
  • Atuar na comunicação com a ANVISA por meio dos canais oficiais;
  • Realizar solicitações de precificação de medicamentos junto aos órgãos competentes;
  • Elaborar, revisar e atualizar Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (POPs) relacionados às atividades da área;
  • Preparar textos legais e revisar artes de bulas, rótulos e cartuchos de medicamentos, garantindo conformidade regulatória.
  • Ensino Superior completo em Farmácia;
  • Inglês intermediário (imprescindível);
  • Experiência em Assuntos Regulatórios com medicamentos genéricos (registro e/ou pós-registro);
  • Conhecimento em medicamentos similares;
  • Conhecimento das normas e legislações nacionais aplicáveis à área regulatória farmacêutica;
  • Experiência com medicamentos biológicos será considerada um diferencial;
  • Conhecimento em elaboração e análise de documentação regulatória.
