Estamos em busca de um(a) Comprador(a) Sênior para integrar nossa equipe de Supply Chain, com atuação em compras indiretas, negociações comerciais, gestão de contratos e relacionamento com fornecedores e parceiros comerciais.

Procuramos um profissional com sólida experiência em gestão contratual, visão analítica, capacidade de negociação e foco em resultados, que contribua para a eficiência operacional, otimização de custos e melhoria contínua dos processos.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Administrar contratos de parceiros comerciais, garantindo o cumprimento das condições previamente estabelecidas, acompanhando o fluxo de pedidos até o faturamento, os resultados de vendas e os compromissos contratuais.
  • Conduzir processos de compras indiretas e contratação de serviços, incluindo pesquisa de mercado, avaliação de fornecedores, análise de propostas e negociações comerciais.
  • Gerenciar contratos de serviços de Supply Chain, incluindo transporte, armazenagem, operadores logísticos, agentes de carga, despachantes aduaneiros e frota corporativa.
  • Monitorar cláusulas contratuais, vigências, reajustes, custos, SLAs e indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), identificando riscos, desvios e oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Apoiar a gestão, o controle e a renovação de contratos corporativos em parceria com as áreas responsáveis.
  • Acompanhar contratações relacionadas a novos produtos, contribuindo para o cumprimento dos cronogramas de lançamento.
  • Desenvolver iniciativas de redução de custos, melhoria das condições comerciais e otimização da base de fornecedores.
  • Elaborar dashboards, controles e relatórios gerenciais, assegurando a conformidade e a rastreabilidade dos processos de compras e contratos.
  • Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas de Supply Chain, Financeiro, Jurídico, Comercial, Garantia da Qualidade e Assuntos Regulatórios.
  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Comércio Exterior, Logística ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência sólida em compras indiretas, negociação de contratos de prestação de serviços e gestão de fornecedores.
  • Domínio da gestão de SLAs, indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), análise de custos e gestão de riscos contratuais.
  • Excel avançado e experiência na elaboração de dashboards e relatórios gerenciais.
  • Inglês avançado.
  • Capacidade de negociação, organização, visão analítica, comunicação e relacionamento com diferentes áreas e fornecedores.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência em contratação e gestão de serviços logísticos, como transporte, armazenagem e operadores terceirizados.
  • Vivência na indústria farmacêutica ou em outros setores regulados.
  • Conhecimento em SAP, especialmente atuação como key user.
  • Conhecimento em Power BI.
