A Accord Farmacêutica, referência no mercado de Genéricos e Biossimilares nos segmentos de Oncologia, Hematologia e Terapias Críticas, está em busca de um(a) HR Business Partner (HRBP) para integrar nosso time e contribuir para o fortalecimento da estratégia de pessoas e do crescimento sustentável do negócio.

Buscamos um(a) profissional para atuar ao lado das lideranças, apoiando decisões relacionadas à gestão de pessoas e contribuindo para o alcance dos objetivos do negócio. Essa posição será responsável por impulsionar iniciativas relacionadas à atração e retenção de talentos, desenvolvimento organizacional, remuneração, performance, engajamento e relações trabalhistas, garantindo uma experiência positiva para os colaboradores e suporte efetivo à tomada de decisões da liderança.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Atuar como parceiro estratégico das lideranças, apoiando decisões relacionadas à gestão de pessoas e desenvolvimento organizacional.
  • Participar da definição das prioridades estratégicas do negócio, traduzindo os objetivos corporativos em planos e iniciativas de RH.
  • Elaborar e implementar o plano anual de Recursos Humanos, alinhado às necessidades atuais e futuras da organização.
  • Liderar os processos de atração e seleção, garantindo aderência às diretrizes corporativas e às necessidades do negócio.
  • Apoiar a construção e o acompanhamento do orçamento anual de pessoal e demais iniciativas relacionadas a custos de RH.
  • Garantir a conformidade das práticas de RH com a legislação trabalhista e demais requisitos legais aplicáveis.
  • Coordenar o processamento da folha de pagamento e assegurar a correta aplicação das políticas e procedimentos internos.
  • Conduzir análises de mercado e benchmarking salarial, apoiando decisões relacionadas à remuneração, retenção e atração de talentos.
  • Apoiar definições de movimentações salariais, promoções, contratações e programas de retenção.
  • Desenvolver e implementar ações de engajamento e experiência do colaborador, acompanhando indicadores e planos de ação.
  • Identificar necessidades de capacitação e apoiar a construção e execução de programas de treinamento e desenvolvimento.
  • Conduzir os ciclos de gestão de desempenho, definição de metas e avaliações anuais, garantindo o cumprimento dos cronogramas estabelecidos.
  • Apoiar líderes e colaboradores na resolução de questões relacionadas a relações trabalhistas e clima organizacional.
  • Conduzir processos disciplinares, assegurando conformidade legal e alinhamento às políticas da companhia.
  • Gerenciar processos de desligamento e analisar indicadores provenientes de entrevistas de saída para identificação de oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Monitorar e analisar indicadores de RH, transformando dados em insights para suporte à tomada de decisão.
  • Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Recursos Humanos, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Inglês avançado (mandatório).
