Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Comércio Exterior Júnior para integrar nossa equipe de Supply Chain!

Procuramos um profissional organizado, analítico, proativo e atento aos detalhes, com interesse em atuar nos processos de importação e exportação da indústria farmacêutica, contribuindo para a eficiência das operações, o cumprimento dos prazos e a conformidade dos processos.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Acompanhar processos de importação e exportação, desde a emissão do pedido até a conclusão da operação.
  • Realizar follow-up com fornecedores internacionais, agentes de carga, despachantes aduaneiros e transportadoras, monitorando embarques, prazos, desembaraço aduaneiro e entrega das cargas.
  • Conferir a documentação de comércio exterior, incluindo Commercial Invoice, Packing List, AWB, BL, Certificado de Origem e demais documentos aplicáveis.
  • Acompanhar os processos de desembaraço aduaneiro, registro e andamento da DUIMP, licenciamento de importação e atendimento às exigências dos órgãos anuentes, incluindo ANVISA.
  • Atualizar as áreas envolvidas sobre o status das cargas, previsões de chegada, liberações e eventuais pendências operacionais.
  • Realizar o lançamento, a conferência e a conciliação das despesas de importação e exportação no sistema ERP, incluindo fretes, armazenagem, desembaraço e demais custos operacionais.
  • Conduzir a criação e atualização de cadastros de produtos no sistema ERP.
  • Atualizar controles internos, elaborar indicadores operacionais (KPIs) e relatórios gerenciais, acompanhando prazos, custos e desempenho das operações.
  • Organizar e manter a documentação dos processos, garantindo rastreabilidade, conformidade e suporte às auditorias.
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua e padronização dos processos de Comércio Exterior.
  • Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Comércio Exterior, Relações Internacionais, Administração, Logística ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência anterior ou estágio em Comércio Exterior, Logística Internacional ou Supply Chain.
  • Conhecimento básico dos processos de importação e exportação, documentação internacional de embarque e procedimentos aduaneiros.
  • Excel intermediário.

  • Familiaridade com processos de DUIMP e exigências da ANVISA.
  • Vivência na indústria farmacêutica ou em outros ambientes regulados.
