Nous recherchons pour notre Novotel La Défense un Chef.fe de Rang en CDD, à 39H.

Du 30 Novembre 2026 au 15 Mars 2027.

Parlons de vous :

  • Organisé(e) et responsable, on dit de vous que vous êtes un véritable maître d’orchestre en salle.
  • Le sens du détail vous caractérise : vous traitez chaque situation avec rigueur, soin et élégance.
  • Chaleureux(se) et courtois(e), vous avez un sens du service développé qui vous permet de répondre aux besoins de vos clients avec une attention sincère.

Vos futures missions :

  • Garant(e) de la satisfaction de vos clients dans votre rang, vous les accueillez et répondez à leurs demandes avec disponibilité et professionnalisme.
  • Vous coordonnez votre équipe (commis, apprentis, stagiaires) en valorisant leurs compétences et en veillant à ce que la satisfaction client reste la priorité de tous.
  • Doté(e) d’un esprit commercial, vous savez fidéliser, conseiller et mettre en avant nos prestations.
  • Vous participez à la gestion du pôle caisse et au respect des normes d’hygiène : rien ne vous échappe !
