🎯 O que você vai fazer no dia a dia:

  • Oferecer orientação individualizada aos empresários, entendendo suas metas, desafios e necessidades específicas.
  • Avaliar a situação atual do negócio, identificando pontos fortes e oportunidades de melhoria, além de criar estratégias de crescimento sustentável.
  • Transmitir aprendizados adquiridos ao longo da carreira empresarial, oferecendo insights práticos e aplicáveis.
  • Apoiar empresários na evolução de competências essenciais, como gestão, liderança, resolução de problemas e tomada de decisão.
  • Conectar mentorados a pessoas, recursos e parcerias que possam impulsionar seus negócios.
