O Grupo Acelerador, referência nacional em educação empreendedora, programas imersivos e experiências de aprendizagem de alto impacto, está em busca de um(a) Social Media para atuar na construção, execução e evolução da presença digital das marcas e lideranças do Grupo.

Procuramos alguém que entenda que social media vai muito além de publicar conteúdo.

Essa pessoa precisa ter repertório, velocidade, senso crítico e visão de conteúdo, sendo capaz de transformar acontecimentos, ideias, bastidores, tendências e estratégias de negócio em conteúdos relevantes para as redes sociais.

A rotina envolve planejamento, criação de pautas, publicação, acompanhamento de resultados, cobertura de momentos importantes e trabalho próximo de redatores, designers, videomakers e lideranças.

🧭 O que você vai fazer no dia a dia:

  • Planejar e executar conteúdos para Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn e outras plataformas;
  • Construir calendários editoriais e organizar a rotina de publicações;
  • Criar pautas, ideias, formatos e oportunidades de conteúdo;
  • Acompanhar diariamente tendências, assuntos relevantes e movimentos das redes sociais;
  • Identificar oportunidades de conteúdo a partir de eventos, reuniões, bastidores e acontecimentos do Grupo;
  • Trabalhar em parceria com redatores, designers, videomakers e demais profissionais do time;
  • Participar de coberturas de eventos, imersões e projetos especiais;
  • Publicar, revisar e acompanhar conteúdos nos diferentes canais;
  • Desenvolver conteúdos com foco em alcance, retenção, compartilhamento, autoridade e geração de demanda;
  • Acompanhar métricas e identificar aprendizados para evolução da estratégia;
  • Contribuir para a construção e evolução da linguagem das marcas e personalidades do Grupo Acelerador;
  • Garantir consistência, qualidade e velocidade na execução das demandas.

Requisitos

  • Experiência comprovada atuando como Social Media;
  • Experiência com gestão de perfis relevantes, marcas ou personalidades;
  • Excelente repertório de conteúdo e redes sociais;
  • Conhecimento aprofundado de Instagram, TikTok, YouTube e principais formatos digitais;
  • Capacidade de transformar ideias e acontecimentos em conteúdos;
  • Boa escrita e capacidade de construir pautas e direcionamentos;
  • Conhecimento de métricas de redes sociais e capacidade de interpretar resultados;
  • Organização para lidar com diferentes demandas, marcas e prioridades;
  • Agilidade e capacidade de trabalhar com conteúdos em tempo real;
  • Senso estético e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Perfil proativo e com facilidade para identificar oportunidades sem depender exclusivamente de briefing;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e receber direcionamentos;
  • Interesse e familiaridade com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial aplicadas à criação e produção de conteúdo;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em Alphaville;
  • Disponibilidade para coberturas fora do horário comercial e eventuais viagens;
  • Portfólio ou cases de perfis/projetos já gerenciados.
