O Grupo Acelerador, referência nacional em educação empreendedora, programas imersivos e experiências de aprendizagem de alto impacto, está em busca de um(a) Videomaker / Editor de Vídeo para transformar ideias, eventos, bastidores e conteúdos estratégicos em vídeos capazes de gerar atenção, conexão e resultado nas redes sociais.

A rotina envolve tanto a captação quanto a edição de vídeos, com foco principal em conteúdos de alta relevância para Instagram, YouTube e outras plataformas digitais. Procuramos alguém que tenha domínio técnico, mas também repertório, agilidade e sensibilidade para identificar o que torna um conteúdo interessante.

🧭 O que você vai fazer no dia a dia:

  • Realizar a captação de conteúdos, eventos, bastidores, depoimentos e projetos especiais;
  • Editar vídeos para diferentes formatos e plataformas, especialmente Reels, Stories e YouTube;
  • Construir narrativas com ritmo, clareza e retenção;
  • Selecionar os melhores trechos e identificar oportunidades de conteúdo durante as captações;
  • Trabalhar em parceria com social medias, estrategistas, designers e lideranças;
  • Adaptar vídeos de acordo com a linguagem e o objetivo de cada canal;
  • Organizar e cuidar dos arquivos, equipamentos e materiais audiovisuais;
  • Garantir qualidade técnica de imagem, áudio, enquadramento e iluminação;
  • Cumprir prazos e lidar com demandas que exigem velocidade de produção;
  • Participar da construção e evolução da linguagem audiovisual das marcas do Grupo Acelerador.
  • Experiência comprovada com captação e edição de vídeos;
  • Domínio de Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve ou ferramenta equivalente;
  • Conhecimento de captação com câmeras profissionais;
  • Conhecimento de iluminação, enquadramento e captação de áudio;
  • Experiência com conteúdos verticais e linguagem de redes sociais;
  • Capacidade de editar com ritmo, storytelling e foco em retenção;
  • Organização para trabalhar com diferentes demandas e prazos;
  • Agilidade sem comprometer a qualidade da entrega;
  • Bom senso estético e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e receber direcionamentos;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em Alphaville;
  • Disponibilidade para coberturas fora do horário comercial e eventuais viagens;
