Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente de Compras para apoiar as atividades do setor, contribuindo para o abastecimento da empresa, organização dos processos de aquisição e relacionamento com fornecedores.

Buscamos uma pessoa organizada, analítica, comunicativa, proativa e atenta aos detalhes, que tenha facilidade para trabalhar com controles, prazos e negociação.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Apoiar o processo de compras de materiais, produtos e insumos;
  • Receber e analisar solicitações de compras dos setores;
  • Realizar cotações junto a fornecedores;
  • Elaborar mapas comparativos de preços, condições de pagamento e prazos de entrega;
  • Realizar pedidos de compra e acompanhar sua aprovação;
  • Acompanhar pedidos desde a emissão até a entrega;
  • Fazer follow-up com fornecedores sobre prazos e pendências;
  • Manter atualizado o cadastro de fornecedores e produtos;
  • Apoiar a negociação de preços, prazos e condições comerciais;
  • Conferir informações de pedidos, notas fiscais e documentos relacionados às compras;
  • Apoiar o controle de estoque e a identificação de necessidades de reposição;
  • Auxiliar na prospecção e avaliação de novos fornecedores;
  • Organizar documentos e controles do setor;
  • Alimentar planilhas e sistemas internos;
  • Elaborar relatórios e indicadores de apoio à área de compras;
  • Cumprir os procedimentos e políticas internas da empresa.

Requisitos

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Desejável estar cursando ou ter concluído Administração, Logística, Gestão Comercial ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Experiência anterior na área de compras, suprimentos ou atividades administrativas será considerada um diferencial;
  • Conhecimento em Excel;
  • Boa comunicação e capacidade de negociação;
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Capacidade de acompanhar prazos e múltiplas demandas.

  • Experiência com sistema ERP;
  • Conhecimento em processos de compras e suprimentos;
  • Experiência com cotação e negociação com fornecedores;
  • Conhecimento de indicadores de compras;
  • Conhecimento em Excel intermediário;
  • Experiência no segmento de comércio, distribuição ou revenda de equipamentos.
