OBJETIVO DO CARGO:

Apoiar o processo de aquisição de materiais, produtos e serviços, realizando cotações, controlando pedidos e mantendo o cadastro de fornecedores atualizado, visando garantir o abastecimento eficiente e dentro dos padrões de custo, qualidade e prazo estabelecidos pela empresa.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADE E ATRIBUIÇÕES:

  • Realizar cotações de preços junto a fornecedores, comparando propostas e condições comerciais;
  • Emitir e acompanhar pedidos de compra, controlando prazos de entrega e confirmando recebimentos;
  • Manter o cadastro de fornecedores atualizado, incluindo documentação e avaliações de desempenho;
  • Controlar e arquivar notas fiscais, faturas e demais documentos relacionados às compras;
  • Efetuar o lançamento de pedidos e requisições no sistema TOTVS;
  • Apoiar na negociação de preços, prazos e condições de pagamento com fornecedores;
  • Monitorar o estoque mínimo de materiais e gerar solicitações de reposição conforme necessidade;
  • Conferir a conformidade dos produtos e serviços recebidos com as especificações dos pedidos;
  • Elaborar relatórios de compras, controle de gastos e indicadores de desempenho;
  • Manter comunicação ativa com fornecedores e demais setores internos para alinhamento das demandas;
  • Identificar e reportar desvios ou irregularidades nos processos de compras ao superior;
  • Cumprir as políticas internas de compras, ética e compliance da empresa.

FORMAÇÕES E CONHECIMENTOS

  • Ensino Médio Completo (requisito mínimo obrigatório);
  • Desejável curso técnico ou de qualificação em Compras, Logística, Administração ou área correlata;
  • Conhecimento em pacote Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) — nível intermediário.
  • Familiaridade com sistema TOTVS — desejável;
  • Noções de processos de compras, fornecimento e gestão de estoque.

EXPERIÊNCIA:

• Experiência mínima de 6 meses em funções administrativas, de preferência na área de compras, suprimentos ou estoque.
