O Assistente de Compras Pleno é responsável por auxiliar no processo de compras de materiais, equipamentos e serviços, garantindo a aquisição de produtos de qualidade e dentro do prazo estabelecido. Além disso, realiza cotações, negociações com fornecedores, emite pedidos de compra e acompanha o fluxo de entrega dos produtos. É fundamental ter conhecimento em técnicas de negociação, análise de mercado e domínio de sistemas de gestão de compras.

  • Realizar cotações de materiais, equipamentos e serviços conforme demanda da empresa.
  • Negociar com fornecedores visando melhores condições de preço, prazo e qualidade.
  • Emitir pedidos de compra, garantindo a correta especificação dos produtos e condições comerciais acordadas.
  • Acompanhar o fluxo de entrega dos produtos, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos.
  • Analisar o mercado fornecedor, identificando oportunidades de redução de custos e melhoria na qualidade dos produtos.
  • Manter atualizado o cadastro de fornecedores, buscando novas parcerias estratégicas.
  • Participar de reuniões com outras áreas da empresa para alinhar as necessidades de compras e garantir o bom andamento dos processos.
  • Elaborar relatórios gerenciais com indicadores de desempenho da área de compras, auxiliando na tomada de decisões estratégicas.
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de compras, sugerindo a implementação de novas práticas e procedimentos.
