我们希望你： 1.有内容运营或平台运营相关实习经历，参与过内容策划、生产或推送等工作。 2.有较强的内容 sense，能判断什么是好内容、为什么好，而不只是会追热点和做账号。 3.日常主动使用 AI 进行创作；不要求有 AIGC 工作经验，但需要真正喜欢研究和尝试。 4.有审美，能使用 Figma、剪映、Canva、PS 等至少一种工具完成基础内容制作。 5.自驱、细致、执行力强，能兼顾内容创意与高频审核工作。
