The posting

1. 参与ASR、音频大模型和 Voice Agent 方向的算法研发，覆盖语音识别、音频理解、音频问答、语音交互、多轮对话和流式响应等任务。 2. ASR / Audio LLM 训练数据建设：音频清洗、切分、去噪、标注质检、文本规范化、质量评估与统计分析。 3. 搭建自动化语音数据 pipeline：批量转码、VAD、去重、过滤、评测集构建。 4. 参与模型评测体系建设，系统性分析 badcase,为数据迭代和训练提供依据。 5. 用 AI 编程工具提升数据处理、实验脚本与可视化工具的开发效率。 6. 参与 Voice Agent / ASR / 音频大模型等系统的落地，优化真实交互场景下的语音理解、打断响应、上下文管理、工具调用和端到端体验。

1. 硕士或本科高年级以上在读，计算机、AI、数据科学、电子信息等方向优先。 2. 对ASR、音频大模型和 Voice Agent 有强烈兴趣，能够主动阅读论文、跟进开源项目并推动实验落地。 3. 熟练 Python，能独立完成数据处理、批量推理、统计与自动化脚本开发。 4. 熟悉 Linux / Shell / Git，有良好的工程习惯和独立排查问题的能力。 5. 了解基础语音处理：音频格式、采样率、VAD、切分、文本清洗、WER / CER 等。 6. 了解 PyTorch / TensorFlow，有推理、训练或评测经验者优先。 7. 能在大规模数据和 badcase 中定位问题，做事细致。

加分项 1.熟悉 Whisper / NeMo / Librosa / FFmpeg / torchaudio / HuggingFace。 2.有 ASR / TTS / 说话人识别 / 多语种 / 语音大模型 / 多模态/Speech LLM/Omni Model/流式语音对话/语音 Agent 相关项目项目经验。 3.有大规模数据清洗、数据集构建或数据闭环经验;熟练 Claude Code / Codex / Copilot 等工具。 4.有多机多卡训练、SFT、RLHF / DPO / GRPO、LoRA，DeepSpeed、FSDP、vLLM、SGLang 等训推框架使用经验。 5.在 ICASSP / INTERSPEECH / ACL / EMNLP 等发表过论文。
