岗位职责： 1.参与运营平台后端接口的设计、开发与演进，构建统一管理与运营平台的核心能力 2.设计与实现各类运营管理接口，如应用管理、API Key、用量统计、账单、模型运营、策略配置、安全审计等 3.对接公司内部服务平台，包括身份权限、策略中心、计量计费、模型管理、服务编排、可观测体系等 4.负责 BFF/聚合层开发，包括请求鉴权、权限校验、数据聚合、接口契约对齐与封装 5.协同前端同学进行接口联调与集成测试，推动功能从“接口可用”到“界面可用”的完整交付 6.编写单元测试与技术文档，持续提升接口的稳定性、可维护性与团队协作效率

我们希望你具备： 1.本科或硕士在读，计算机相关专业，可保证至少 3 个月的实习期 2.扎实的 Go 语言基础，可独立完成 RESTful API 的设计与开发 3.熟悉 HTTP 协议、JSON 数据格式、鉴权机制（JWT/RBAC）及分页/过滤等常见后端设计模式 4.具备 MySQL/Redis 使用基础，了解数据建模、索引优化与常见查询调优方法 5.具有良好的工程素养，注重错误处理、日志规范、代码可读性与测试覆盖 6.熟悉至少一种 AI 编程工具，如 Cursor / GitHub Copilot / Claude Code 等，并有实际使用经验AI Vibe Coding 专项能力 7.能够将业务需求清晰拆解为 AI 可协作的分步骤开发任务，并定义明确的输出约束与验收标准 8.善于利用 AI 工具生成基础代码框架，并具备人工审查、优化和修正的能力，而非简单复制 9.能够借助 AI 辅助完成接口定义、测试用例编写、文档草拟、代码重构等工程任务 10.能够结合编译结果、测试反馈与运行日志，持续优化提示词，形成“生成 → 验证 → 修复”的迭代闭环 11.具备对 AI 生成代码的质量判断意识，关注安全性、边界处理、错误码设计、可维护性等工程细节
