1.协助产品经理推进 Harness 产品的日常迭代，参与需求梳理与方案讨论。 2.大量试用自家及同类 Agent 产品，记录体验问题，输出可落地的改进建议。 3.收集并整理内部及外部的使用反馈，归纳成清晰的问题清单，反哺产品与模型迭代。 4.参与用户社群的日常运营，跟进用户提问、汇总高频需求。 5. 配合完成竞品调研、数据整理、原型验证等支持性工作。

1.在读本科及以上，专业不限；对工作年限无要求。 2. 能保证每周到岗时间充足，可全职在岗实习者优先。 3. 是 Agent 产品的重度用户，能敏锐判断模型行为的好坏，对开发者与用户体验有强感知。用过 Claude Code、Codex、Cursor、Manus、OpenClaw 等同类产品。 4.理解 LLM 与 Agent 的核心机制：Agent Loop、Tool Use、Planning、MCP、Memory、Multi-Agent 等；对 Prompt / Context / Harness Engineering 有了解或亲手实践。 5.能用 vibe coding 写代码、做产品原型，不强求技术背景。 6. 沟通能力出色，能与开发者、开源社区用户顺畅交流。

加分项 1.有自己做过的 demo，可提供录屏或体验网址。 2. 对 Agent 抱有极大热情，乐于第一时间上手测试最前沿的产品，并主动探索产品的能力边界。
