Desde Actual Talent buscamos un/a Técnico/a Senior de Administración de Personal y Nóminas para un grupo empresarial basado en Barcelona con diferentes sociedades y convenios colectivos.

Una oportunidad para asumir un papel de referencia en el área laboral, trabajar directamente con la Dirección de Recursos Humanos y participar en la mejora de los procesos.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Garantizar la correcta gestión de la nómina y la administración de personal de las diferentes sociedades del grupo, asegurando la fiabilidad de los datos, el cumplimiento de los plazos y una atención cercana a empleados y responsables.

Buscamos a alguien que, además de gestionar el día a día, sepa anticipar incidencias, analizar su origen y proponer soluciones.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

  • Gestionar de forma autónoma el ciclo completo de nómina, desde la preparación y revisión de incidencias hasta el cálculo, validación y cierre mensual.
  • Gestionar altas, bajas, contratos, variaciones y documentación laboral, así como las comunicaciones con los organismos oficiales.
  • Tramitar cotizaciones mediante SILTRA y Sistema RED y preparar los modelos 111 y 190.
  • Gestionar incapacidades temporales, accidentes de trabajo, embargos, atrasos, regularizaciones, finiquitos y liquidaciones.
  • Asegurar la correcta aplicación de los distintos convenios colectivos.
  • Resolver consultas laborales y salariales de empleados y responsables con claridad, rigor y orientación al servicio.
  • Detectar errores, establecer controles y proponer mejoras en los procesos y herramientas del área.
  • Colaborar con la Dirección de Recursos Humanos y el equipo del área laboral, aportando criterio técnico y análisis de datos.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Formación en Relaciones Laborales, Ciencias del Trabajo o similar.
  • Al menos 5 años de experiencia en administración de personal y nóminas, adquirida en empresa final, asesoría o consultoría laboral.
  • Experiencia sólida y autonomía en la gestión del ciclo completo de nómina.
  • Dominio de A3innuva Nómina, SILTRA, Sistema RED y Contrat@.
  • Conocimientos de contratación, Seguridad Social, cotización, fiscalidad de nómina y aplicación de convenios colectivos.
  • Nivel avanzado de Excel y capacidad para analizar información y detectar desviaciones.
  • Capacidad para atender consultas y comunicarte con fluidez en castellano y catalán.

Nos gustaría conocer a una persona organizada, con atención al detalle y capacidad para priorizar. Alguien que tome la iniciativa, se mantenga al día y combine el rigor técnico con un trato cercano y la máxima confidencialidad.
