¿Cuál será tu misión?

Tu misión será contribuir a la protección de los sistemas, infraestructuras y activos digitales de la compañía, identificando riesgos, reforzando los controles de seguridad y ayudando a garantizar la confidencialidad, integridad y disponibilidad de la información.

Trabajarás en colaboración con los equipos de IT, desarrollo y operaciones para integrar las mejores prácticas de ciberseguridad en los sistemas, aplicaciones y procesos tecnológicos de la organización.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

  • Seguridad de sistemas e infraestructuras: supervisar y reforzar la seguridad de redes, servidores, sistemas corporativos y entornos cloud.
  • Gestión de vulnerabilidades: identificar, analizar y priorizar vulnerabilidades, coordinando la aplicación de medidas correctivas y preventivas.
  • Monitorización y respuesta ante incidentes: colaborar en la detección, investigación y resolución de incidentes de seguridad.
  • Gestión de riesgos tecnológicos: evaluar riesgos, proponer medidas de mitigación y contribuir a la mejora continua de los controles de seguridad.
  • Seguridad cloud: participar en la implementación de buenas prácticas de seguridad en entornos AWS, Azure o GCP.
  • Políticas y cumplimiento: colaborar en la definición y mantenimiento de políticas, procedimientos y controles de seguridad, tomando como referencia estándares como ISO 27001 y NIST.
  • Colaboración transversal: trabajar con los equipos técnicos para incorporar la seguridad desde las fases iniciales del diseño y durante todo el ciclo de vida de los sistemas.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Ciberseguridad o titulaciones relacionadas, o experiencia profesional equivalente.
  • Experiencia en ciberseguridad IT, administración segura de sistemas o protección de infraestructuras tecnológicas.
  • Conocimientos sólidos de seguridad de redes, sistemas operativos, gestión de identidades y control de accesos.
  • Experiencia en análisis de vulnerabilidades, gestión de riesgos y respuesta ante incidentes.
  • Conocimientos de seguridad en entornos cloud y herramientas de monitorización.
  • Familiaridad con estándares y marcos de seguridad como ISO 27001, NIST o CIS Controls.
  • Capacidad analítica, orientación a la resolución de problemas y atención al detalle.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares.

Se valorará especialmente

  • Experiencia en empresas EnergyTech, utilities, energías renovables o entornos industriales digitalizados.
  • Conocimientos de ciberseguridad OT/ICS, sistemas SCADA o protocolos industriales.
  • Experiencia con herramientas SIEM, EDR/XDR y plataformas de gestión de vulnerabilidades.
  • Certificaciones profesionales como Security+, CISSP, CISM o especializaciones en seguridad cloud.
  • Conocimiento de marcos regulatorios aplicables al sector energético, como NIS2, cuando corresponda.
