Descripción del puesto: Buscamos un/a Operations Manager en Barcelona para coordinar y optimizar los procesos logísticos y de almacenaje entre la empresa y el proveedor externo, supervisando la logística, los envíos y el back office, y actuando como interlocutor/a principal con el proveedor de almacén (3PL) y otros proveedores externos. Será responsable de garantizar una gestión eficiente del espacio, la exactitud del inventario y la sincronización del stock entre nuestro ERP (Sage 200) y el almacén externalizado, así como del control de cobros y la mejora continua de los plazos de pago de clientes.

Funciones:

Gestión del proveedor de almacén (3PL)

  • Coordinar y optimizar los procesos logísticos entre la empresa y el proveedor externo.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento del servicio y la exactitud del stock.
  • Gestionar y optimizar el uso del espacio de almacenaje externalizado, identificando oportunidades de reducción de costes asociados al almacén (m², posiciones de palet, servicios adicionales, etc.).
  • Velar por el correcto mantenimiento y organización del almacén para garantizar una operativa eficiente.
  • Resolver incidencias operativas con el proveedor.

Gestión de inventario y sincronización de stock

  • Garantizar que el stock registrado en Sage 200 esté en todo momento alineado con el inventario físico del almacén externalizado.
  • Planificar y ejecutar inventarios periódicos, analizando y corrigiendo desviaciones.
  • Establecer procedimientos de control que minimicen las discrepancias de stock y aseguren la trazabilidad de los movimientos de mercancía.

Back office y control de cobros

  • Supervisar pedidos, facturación y documentación asociada.
  • Gestionar procesos a través de Sage 200.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de los cobros de clientes, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos de pago acordados.
  • Identificar patrones de retraso y proponer acciones de mejora continua para reducir el DSO (días de cobro pendiente) y optimizar el ciclo de caja.
  • Coordinar con el equipo de ventas y administración para la resolución de incidencias relacionadas con facturas o pagos.

Control y mejora

  • Hacer seguimiento de KPIs: tasa de devoluciones, on-time delivery, coste por envío, coste de almacenaje y plazos medios de cobro.
  • Gestionar el presupuesto logístico, con foco en la eficiencia y el ahorro de costes operativos.
  • Proponer mejoras cuando los indicadores se desvíen del objetivo.
  • Coordinar con ventas, compras y atención al cliente para asegurar la correcta ejecución de pedidos.
