JOB SUMMARY

La misión principal del PEOPLE Trainee es apoyar la función de PEOPLE a través de tareas vinculadas con el ciclo de vida del empleado en el OEM Technology Center, complementando así con experiencia práctica los conocimientos adquiridos en la escuela formativa correspondiente.

Las tareas estarán relacionadas con diferentes procesos del ciclo de vida del empleado, como onboarding, selección, comunicación interna y formación, así como con tareas administrativas de mantenimiento de plataformas, documentación y datos propias del día a día del departamento de Recursos Humanos.

Incorporación: Enero

Modalidad: Híbrida

Horario: Preferible de mañanas a jornada parcial

Las principales funciones que realizará el PEOPLE Trainee son:

1. Onboarding

2. Actualización de herramientas de seguimiento de métricas de PEOPLE

3. Actualización de Job Descriptions

4. Gestión y coordinación de Internships

5. Soporte en procesos de selección

6. Coordinación de actividades de formación

7. Apoyo en las comunicaciones internas

8. Soporte en proyectos del área de PEOPLE

Formación:

  • Requerido: Estudiante universitario de grado en Relaciones Laborales, Derecho, Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Psicología o campos relacionados.
  • Valorable: Formación superior a la requerida, como un máster o similar.

Habilidades y conocimientos adicionales:

  • Nivel avanzado de manejo de herramientas de Office.
  • Idiomas: castellano a nivel profesional e inglés B2, valorable.

Competencias:

  • Capacidad de organización y gestión del trabajo.
  • Flexibilidad para dar soporte a varios interlocutores.
  • Trabajo en equipo.
  • Atención al detalle.
  • Adecuadas habilidades comunicativas, tanto escritas como orales.
