The posting

Responsabilidades:

- Análise de documentação que deu origem a venda de processos de revenda e projetos, observando as possíveis divergências entre o pedido do cliente e o ofertado na proposta; - Cadastro de fornecedores, clientes e PVs no sistema ERP, preenchendo a ficha resumo e enviando aceites dos pedidos de revenda e projetos; - Cotação de transportes para pedidos; - Providenciar o faturamento dos PVs liberados pela Expedição e acompanhar o processo desde a emissão da NF, coleta e recebimento conforme pelo cliente; - Controle dos índices de prazo de entrego junto à Gestão de Qualidade; - Atendimento ao cliente informando a posição de seus pedidos e esclarecendo dúvidas sobre a documentação e o pedido; - Atualização das planilhas de controles de fornecimentos para subsidiar as demais áreas sobre a posição dos pedidos; - Atualização das planilhas de informação para Presidência e Diretoria - Previsão de faturamento gerencial e vendas x faturamento; - Emissão de relatório de vendas a Presidência e Diretoria, apresenta para diretoria todo dia 10 o relatório com informações do mês anterior; - Atualização do relatório de pedidos e IDs para verificação e aprovação da diretoria Comercial, apontando as comissões conforme informações do departamento Comercial; - Emissão de documentação ao cliente e acompanhamento junto ao mesmo quanto ao retorno no prazo contratual; - Emissão de databook para o cliente e acompanhamento do processo de aprovação e cobrança junto ao mesmo, quando aplicável; - Acompanhamento de inspeções e diligenciamento do cliente ou contratada do cliente nas instalações da empresa; - Participação em reuniões com as demais áreas envolvidas com os fornecimentos; - Apoio ao departamento de Compras de importados, acompanhando o status do fornecimento; - Cadastro de fornecedores/clientes no sistema ERP; - Lançamento de pedidos no sistema ERP.

Requisitos:

- Formação Administração, Engenharia ou correlatas; - Conhecimentos de informática - Pacote Office - Desejável experiência prévia com contratos - Desejável conhecimento de softwares ERP - Inglês Intermediário (indispensável)
