Sobre a vaga: Buscamos um profissional de nível Pleno/Sênior com sólida experiência em Instrumentação Analítica Industrial para atuar na nossa área de Serviços e Assistência Técnica. Esta posição exige um perfil dinâmico e consultivo, responsável por garantir a máxima performance, calibração e confiabilidade de analisadores de gases e líquidos, além de seus respectivos sistemas de condicionamento de amostra e automação. O profissional atuará tanto em nossa base (fábrica/laboratório) quanto em campo, atendendo grandes indústrias, refinarias e/ou plataformas offshore.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Atuar na área de Serviços e Assistência Técnica de analisadores de gases e líquidos e seus respectivos sistemas de condicionamento de amostra, automação e instrumentação industrial;
  • Executar configuração, calibração, testes, comissionamento, start up, manutenção preventiva e corretiva em analisadores e seus subsistemas de condicionamento de amostra, automação e instrumentação industrial;
  • Local de trabalho interno (fábrica e laboratório na base da empresa) e externo em Refinarias, Industrias,
  • Plataformas OFFShore (exposição a diversos ambientes operacionais e eventualmente em altura).
  • Realizar ajustes em analisadores utilizando de gases em cilindros como padrões de calibração;
  • Ministrar treinamentos teóricos e práticos para os clientes e usuários dos analisadores e sistemas fornecidos.
  • Fornecer suporte técnico aos clientes no esclarecimento de dúvidas e solução de problemas com a operação dos equipamentos;
  • Realizar análise, diagnóstico, especificação de componentes, lista de materiais para emissão de orçamento, propostas ou consultas ao fabricante;
  • Realizar reparo e consertos de analisadores e seus subsistemas que são enviados pelo cliente para nossa assistência técnica.
  • Executar testes e ensaios nos equipamentos recebidos dos fornecedores e representadas, aprovando-os e emitindo relatórios dos resultados;
  • Preencher planilhas de dados relativos aos serviços executados;
  • Emissão de relatórios de serviços;
  • Repassar informações de necessidade de "as built";
  • Consulta técnica direta através de e-mails, aplicativos de comunicação ou mesmo eventual ligação ou reunião com os fabricantes e parceiros das empresas em língua inglesa.

Competências técnica do cargo:

  • Conceitos em Instrumentação (Range, Span, Repetibilidade, Histerese, Sensibilidade, Exatidão, etc);
  • Princípios de medição, sistemas de medição e controle de processos dos equipamentos críticos e vivencia de CEMS, H2S/SO2, Cromatógrafo, Particulado, Opacidade, Vazão gasosa, Temperatura, Amônia, pHmetro, Turbidez, Sódio, Silica, Condutividade, O2 por Zircônia, Paramagnético, Eletroquímica, Oxigênio Dissolvido;
  • Interpretar documentação (diagramas de malha, elétrica, fluxogramas P&I, diagrama lógico, folha de dados);
  • Componentes de sistemas digitais de controle (CLP, cartões de I/O digitais e analógicas);
  • Comandos pneumáticos, hidráulicos e elétricos;
  • Conceitos de manutenção (função, falha, defeito, corretiva, preventiva, preditiva, detectiva, etc);
  • MS Office;
  • Redes de comunicação industrial (Modbus, Ethernet, Profibus);
  • Conceitos de Física, Química e Matemática atrelados aos equipamentos de atuação;
  • Conhecimento em unidades de medição: ppb, ppm, % , mg/Nm3, ml, Vac, Vdc, mA, A, W, VA.

Habilidade Técnica:

  • Comandos pneumáticos, hidráulicos e elétricos
  • Conhecimento em unidades de medição: ppb, ppm, % , mg/Nm3, ml, Vac, Vdc, mA, A, W, VA
  • Interpretar documentação (diagramas de malha, elétrica, fluxogramas P&I, diagrama lógico, folha de dados)
  • Princípios de medição, sistemas de medição e controle de processos dos equipamentos críticos e vivência de CEMS, H2S/SO2, Cromatógrafo, Particulado, Opacidade, Vazão gasosa, Temperatura, Amônia, pHmetro, Turbidez, Sódio, Sílica, Condutividade, O2 por Zirc

Formação mínima:

  • Técnico em Instrumentação, Eletrônica, Eletrotécnica, Mecatrônica ou Automação, em entidade reconhecida pelo MEC
  • Inglês intermediário/avançado (será testado)
