The posting

Responsabilidades:

• Conduzir processos de compra (RFQ/RFP) para itens de instrumentação, automação e materiais técnicos; • Analisar requisições técnicas e comerciais em conjunto com engenharia; • Realizar negociações com fornecedores visando custo total (TCO), prazo e condições comerciais; • Emitir e acompanhar pedidos de compra até a entrega final; • Desenvolver e qualificar fornecedores nacionais e internacionais; • Apoiar na gestão de contratos de média complexidade; • Garantir compliance com políticas internas e requisitos do segmento de óleo e gás; • Atualizar e manter dados controles internos e KPIs; • Apoiar iniciativas de redução de custos e melhoria contínua.

Requisitos:

• Formação superior em Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas; • Experiência prévia em compras técnicas (instrumentação, automação, elétrica ou mecânica); • Conhecimentos em técnicas de Strategic Sourcing; • Perfil proativo com boa comunicação interpessoal e intersetorial; • Conhecimento em leitura básica de desenhos técnicos e especificações; • Ter atuado em ambientes transacionais e reativos; • Experiência com processos de cotação, negociações e desenvolvimento de fornecedores; • Inglês intermediário (desejável); • Pacote Office com bom desempenho em Excel; • Ter atuado com ERPs.

Diferenciais:

• Experiência no segmento de óleo e gás; • Conhecimento em fornecedores de válvulas, transmissores, PLCs, painéis, etc; • Familiaridade com Comex, Incoterms e logística internacional.

Modelo e local de trabalho: 100% presencial na Zona Oeste de São Paulo.
