Nous recherchons pour notre client, une startup française deeptech issue de la recherche académique, un·e Stagiaire Business Development & Fundraising F/H.

Soutenue par des financements européens de premier plan, l’entreprise développe une technologie brevetée de conversion électrochimique du CO₂ en éthylène, contribuant à la décarbonation du secteur pétrochimique.

Positionnée au stade TRL 4 avec un pilote opérationnel, elle s’appuie sur une équipe scientifique reconnue, un portefeuille de propriété intellectuelle solide et des partenariats européens. Des preuves de concept et projets de co-développement confirment un intérêt industriel croissant.

Les prochaines étapes visent à structurer la montée en échelle et à soutenir la levée de fonds.

Poste

Rattaché·e à la direction, vous interviendrez au cœur des enjeux stratégiques de l’entreprise, en soutien direct à la levée de fonds en cours.

Vos missions principales incluent :

- Structuration et mise à jour de la data room investisseurs (business plan, projections financières, IP, roadmap, documents clés).

- Participation à la préparation et à l’optimisation des supports investisseurs (pitch deck, executive summary, one-pager). - Réalisation d’analyses de marché et de veille concurrentielle (climate-tech, CO₂ conversion, industrie pétrochimique). - Identification et suivi d’investisseurs potentiels. - Appui aux démarches de business development et à la préparation de supports pour partenaires industriels.

Stage à forte exposition stratégique, au contact direct des fondateurs et des enjeux de croissance d’une deeptech en phase d’accélération.

Ce stage peut être basé à Montpellier, selon la disponibilité du candidat, pour une durée de 4 à 6 mois.

Profil

Étudiant·e en dernière année d’école de commerce, d’ingénieur ou en double cursus ingénieur–business, avec une spécialisation en finance, stratégie ou entrepreneuriat, vous disposez idéalement d’une première expérience en startup, en conseil, en finance ou en venture capital.

Vous possédez de solides capacités d’analyse et de structuration, une excellente maîtrise d’Excel et PowerPoint ainsi que de très bonnes compétences rédactionnelles en français et en anglais.

Autonome, rigoureux·se et doté·e d’un esprit entrepreneurial, vous manifestez un réel intérêt pour les environnements deeptech et les projets innovants.
