Nous recherchons pour notre client, une société de recherche (CRO préclinique) en pleine croissance qui propose une plateforme de service axée sur l’expérimentation animale et la mise au point de nouveaux modèles pathologiques.

La compagnie valide l'efficacité et la sécurité de futurs médicaments et cibles thérapeutiques. Cette expertise s'appuie sur une équipe expérimentée en recherche et développement préclinique et sur une activité permanente de recherche de nouveaux modèles et de techniques translationnelles pour mieux valider les nouvelles cibles de demain.

Poste

Pour soutenir la croissance de l'entreprise, nous recherchons une personne pouvant s'ajouter à l'équipe existante d'une quinzaine de personnes.

Technique :

  • Techniques in vivo de base sur rongeurs (traitements, injections, prélèvements de sang et d'organes, préparation préopératoire)
  • Préparation de formulations en vue des traitements (solubilisation, dilution, pH…)
  • Exploration fonctionnelle (mesure de pression artérielle, glycémie, tapis de course, cages métaboliques…)

Gestion d’études :

  • Collaboration avec l’ensemble des intervenants pour mener à bien les études
  • Préparation des documents de l’étude
  • Rentrée des résultats et regard critique sur son travail, participation aux vérifications de données.
  • Outils bureautiques (Excel en particulier)

Vie de l’entreprise

  • Travail en environnement qualité, respect des procédures
  • Respect des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité en vigueur
  • Entretien des locaux et du matériel spécifique de l’animalerie et des laboratoires

Profil

  • Bac +2 (BTS, DUT) ou expérience dans le domaine
  • Compétences In Vivo (manipulation des animaux, chirurgie expérimentale, technique d’administration de médicaments)
  • Compétences comportementales : esprit d’équipe et de solidarité, respect, communication, flexibilité et adaptabilité, rigueur, organisation, autonomie

Atout :

  • Diplôme d’expérimentation animale de niveau II (fonction applicateur, B selon FELASA)
  • Utilisation d'instruments spécifiques (ECG, échocardiographie, cathéters)
