Ces organisations ne cherchent pas seulement à rendre l'IA plus puissante ; elles travaillent à atténuer ses risques et à s'assurer que les modèles de fondation demeurent robustes, interprétables et alignés avec le bien commun.

Pour répondre aux besoins de croissance de ces pionniers de l'écosystème IA, nous bâtissons un bassin de talents exclusif regroupant des experts en recherche fondamentale, en inférence probabiliste et en ingénierie de pointe.

Domaines d'expertise recherchés - Nous sommes continuellement à la recherche de profils d'exception dans les spécialités suivantes :

  • Sécurité et Alignement de l'IA (AI Safety) : Interprétabilité mécanistique, robustesse des modèles, évaluation des risques et alignement des LLMs.
  • Inférence Probabiliste : Quantification de l'incertitude, réseaux bayésiens, apprentissage causal et modélisation statistique avancée.
  • Recherche en Apprentissage Profond (Deep Learning) : NLP, modèles de fondation, architectures théoriques et apprentissage par renforcement.
  • Apprentissage Automatique Distribué : Passage à l'échelle (scaling), optimisation de l'entraînement sur clusters GPU et calcul haute performance.
  • Gouvernance de l'IA : connaissance des cadres de gouvernance (AI Act européen, NIST AI RMF, etc.)

Votre profil

  • Vous détenez un Doctorat (PhD) ou une Maîtrise avec forte composante recherche en informatique, mathématiques, statistiques ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Vous avez publié ou contribué à des recherches présentées dans des conférences de niveau Tier-1 (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, AISTATS, ACL, etc.).
  • Vous possédez une base mathématique rigoureuse et une maîtrise des environnements de recherche (Python, PyTorch, Tensorflow, JAX).
  • Vous êtes profondément motivé.e par les enjeux d'éthique, de sécurité et d'impact sociétal liés au déploiement de l'intelligence artificielle.

Your profile

  • You hold a PhD or a research-focused Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • You have published or contributed to research presented at Tier-1 conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, AISTATS, ACL, etc.).
  • You possess a rigorous mathematical foundation and strong proficiency in research environments (Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
  • You are deeply driven by the ethical, safety, and societal impact challenges associated with the deployment of artificial intelligence.
