Work on Some of the Hardest RF Problems in the World

We’re looking for a DSP Communications Engineer who thrives on solving complex wireless signal challenges. In this role, you’ll design and build systems that collect, analyze, and exploit RF signals in real time—supporting mission-critical intelligence and defense applications.

You’ll work with a team of highly capable engineers developing cutting-edge signal processing algorithms, real-time SDR systems, and advanced protocol analysis tools.

If you enjoy deep technical problems, autonomous engineering environments, and pushing the boundaries of RF signal processing, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

Signal Processing & Communications Engineering

  • Develop DSP solutions for RF signal collection, processing, and exploitation
  • Apply digital communications techniques including detection, estimation, and demodulation
  • Design algorithms for signal analysis, classification, and protocol exploitation
  • Work with complex RF environments and wireless protocols

Algorithm Development

  • Implement advanced signal processing algorithms in C/C++ and Python
  • Develop multi-threaded DSP software on Linux
  • Build proofs-of-concept, prototypes, and operational systems
  • Develop modeling tools and simulation frameworks

Software-Defined Radio Systems

  • Work with real-time SDR and protocol processing systems
  • Integrate DSP algorithms with RF hardware and processing pipelines
  • Develop high-performance signal processing applications

Engineering Collaboration

  • Work with distributed engineering teams
  • Contribute to code repositories and version control workflows
  • Communicate technical concepts through documentation and briefings

Required Qualifications

✔ Active TS/SCI clearance (required) ✔ U.S. Citizenship ✔ Strong foundation in digital communications theory ✔ Experience developing systems for RF signal processing and exploitation ✔ Programming expertise in C/C++ and Python ✔ Experience working in Defense or Intelligence Community environments ✔ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Software Defined Radio (SDR)
  • Familiarity with XMIDAS
  • Knowledge of geolocation or direction-finding techniques
  • Experience with wireless air interface protocols
  • Multi-threaded DSP development in Linux environments
  • Experience working in complex RF environments

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
