En Advice generamos conocimiento sobre el mercado de trabajo uruguayo. Nuestros informes y estudios son referencia para medios de comunicación, empresas y organismos públicos. Gran parte de ese trabajo se apoya en el Monitor Laboral, un sistema propio que releva, procesa y clasifica la demanda de empleo publicada en Uruguay desde 2008. Estamos buscando una persona que se encargue del análisis, la interpretación y la redacción de nuestros informes, con un vínculo profesional independiente y en coordinación con nuestros equipos de Datos y Marketing. Tus principales tareas Analizar la información del Monitor Laboral para detectar tendencias y cambios en la demanda de empleo. Escribir el informe mensual, los balances periódicos y estudios puntuales, con una narrativa clara y buen criterio editorial. Cruzar los hallazgos con datos de INE, BPS, MTSS y organismos internacionales. Trabajar con herramientas de inteligencia artificial para ser más eficiente, cuidando siempre el rigor técnico. Preparar los mensajes clave y el material de apoyo para la difusión de cada informe. Requirements Formación en Economía, Sociología, Estadística, Ciencia Política o carreras afines, o experiencia equivalente. Experiencia previa en análisis, investigación o generación de contenidos que hayan derivado en informes, estudios, publicaciones u otros documentos de difusión. Solvencia para analizar e interpretar datos y estadísticas. Muy buena redacción y capacidad de síntesis, y criterio para distinguir entre un dato llamativo y una conclusión verdaderamente relevante. Uso cotidiano de herramientas de IA en tu trabajo de análisis y escritura. Se valora Conocer el mercado laboral uruguayo y sus fuentes oficiales. Experiencia en visualización de datos. Manejo de SQL, Python o R. Benefits La contratación es independiente y se factura por informe entregado. Vas a trabajar con el apoyo de nuestro equipo de Data & Analytics, que se ocupa de la generación de información, las automatizaciones y la validación metodológica. El equipo de Marketing coordina la planificación editorial y la publicación. Si con el tiempo te interesa, también vas a tener la posibilidad de sumarte a instancias de vocería, como entrevistas con medios o presentaciones de resultados ante clientes e instituciones. El Monitor Laboral tiene más de 18 años de historia y un reconocimiento público que pocos estudios del país tienen. Vas a tener margen para proponer enfoques y líneas de análisis nuevas.
