Seleccionamos para empresa dedicada al cuidado de enfermos, servicios de acompañantes y asistencia integral de salud un/a Gerente General. La persona seleccionada tendrá como principal desafío gestionar y supervisar el funcionamiento integral de la institución, procurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos por la Dirección, la adecuada prestación de los servicios y la correcta administración de los recursos humanos y materiales. Será responsable de coordinar y supervisar las distintas áreas de la organización, realizando el seguimiento de los servicios, la distribución de los recursos y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y lineamientos institucionales. Asimismo, tendrá a su cargo la supervisión de los equipos de trabajo, la coordinación con Recursos Humanos y el seguimiento de las necesidades operativas, administrativas y laborales. Entre sus principales responsabilidades se encuentran el seguimiento de la calidad de los servicios, la intervención en situaciones complejas con socios, clientes y familiares, la coordinación con las áreas de Administración, Comercial y Supervisión de Cuidados, así como el seguimiento de los procesos de selección, ingreso, capacitación y evaluación del personal. A su vez, actuará como nexo entre la Dirección y los diferentes equipos de trabajo, elaborando informes de gestión, identificando oportunidades de mejora y promoviendo una gestión organizada, eficiente y orientada a la calidad del servicio y la satisfacción de los socios. Se requiere disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a viernes y los sábados medio horario, en modalidad presencial en la ciudad de Salto. Requirements Orientamos la búsqueda hacia personas con formación terciaria en áreas vinculadas a la Administración, Gestión de Empresas, Recursos Humanos o afines. Se valorará contar con experiencia previa de al menos 3 años en posiciones de gerencia, coordinación o supervisión, preferentemente en organizaciones de servicios. Será necesario contar con experiencia en gestión de equipos, coordinación operativa y seguimiento de procesos administrativos y de gestión de personas. Se valorará el manejo de herramientas informáticas y paquete Office. La posición está dirigida a personas con capacidad de liderazgo, planificación y organización, orientación a resultados y habilidades de comunicación y relacionamiento interpersonal. Se requiere capacidad de análisis, resolución de problemas, autonomía y criterio para la toma de decisiones, así como una marcada orientación a la calidad del servicio y la mejora continua. El presente llamado se encuentra comprendido por lo dispuesto en el Art. 1 de la Ley Nº 19.691 sobre promoción del trabajo para personas con discapacidad.
