The posting

Desde Advice nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Mecánico Senior para incorporarse a Grupo ADP, con base en la ciudad de Mercedes, Soriano. La posición tiene como objetivo brindar soporte técnico y operativo al Jefe de Taller, participando activamente en las tareas de diagnóstico, mantenimiento y reparación de camiones, maquinaria agrícola, vehículos y equipos de apoyo a la operación. Será el principal apoyo del Jefe de Taller en la organización y coordinación de las actividades diarias, colaborando en la planificación y priorización de los trabajos, el seguimiento de las tareas y la coordinación de los recursos, materiales y repuestos necesarios. Asimismo, participará en la resolución de fallas complejas, realizará pruebas y controles posteriores a las reparaciones y brindará acompañamiento técnico al equipo de mecánicos. Buscamos a una persona con fuerte perfil técnico y operativo, que disfrute del trabajo práctico y que, a partir de su experiencia y capacidad de liderazgo, pueda convertirse en un referente para el equipo, contribuyendo a la eficiencia, la organización y la seguridad en el taller. Requisitos Formación como Técnico Mecánico, Técnico Electromecánico o experiencia equivalente con formación técnica comprobable. Experiencia sólida en mantenimiento y reparación de maquinaria agrícola, camiones y vehículos pesados, así como en el diagnóstico y la resolución de fallas mecánicas. Conocimientos de motores diésel, sistemas hidráulicos y neumáticos, electricidad aplicada a vehículos y maquinaria, e interpretación de manuales técnicos. Se valorarán conocimientos de soldadura y experiencia en mantenimiento de equipos vinculados a la actividad agroindustrial, así como antecedentes en coordinación de equipos o desempeñándose como referente técnico. Orientación al trabajo en equipo, liderazgo, iniciativa, responsabilidad, capacidad de organización y resolución de problemas. Disponibilidad para trabajar en Mercedes, Soriano.
