Achter elk ticket zie jij een kans om iets structureel beter te maken. Precies die blik zoeken we in ons interne IT-team. Als Automation Engineer vertrek je van de vragen die collega's dagelijks bij ons neerleggen, en maak je er oplossingen van die hen elke dag tijd besparen. En vooral: je hebt veel goesting om met AI aan de slag te gaan. AI verandert hoe we als team werken, en jij onderzoekt waar AI-toepassingen en agents echt tijd besparen.

Je focus ligt op

  • IT-support bieden aan collega's en structurele oplossingen maken a.d.h.v. automatisaties en integraties.
  • Beheren en optimaliseren van onze cloud-infrastructuur en Microsoft-omgeving.
  • Opstellen en onderhouden van documentatie, werkinstructies en de knowledge base.
  • Onderzoeken en implementeren van AI-toepassingen die het team productiever maken.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een IT-gerelateerde opleiding of relevante ervaring in een support- of infrastructuurrol.
  • Je kent de Microsoft 365-omgeving en weet in deze omgeving processen te automatiseren a.d.h.v. PowerShell en/of Power Automate en integreert deze waar nodig met andere systemen via API's (REST, Microsoft Graph, …)
  • Je hebt kennis van Cloud Governance, voornamelijk in Azure-omgevingen.
  • Je begrijpt hoe AI agents werken en zet AI slim in om processen en je eigen werk efficiënter te maken.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, geduldig, en je communiceert helder, ook naar niet-technische collega's.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en documenteert je werk zodat anderen erop kunnen verder bouwen.
  • Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in team efficiënt, proactief en resultaatgericht.
