AI bij AE — wat dat voor jou betekent

Solution architects bij AE ontwerpen vandaag oplossingen waarbij AI een structureel onderdeel is — van LLM-integraties in enterprise applicaties tot agentic workflows en AI-verrijkte platformen. Je hoeft geen AI-expert te zijn, maar je begrijpt wat de inzet van AI betekent voor een architectuur: wat het vereist op vlak van data, integratie, governance en schaalbaarheid. En je helpt klanten die afweging maken.

Wat is je focus?

  • Je vertaalt complexe bedrijfsuitdagingen naar schaalbare en toekomstbestendige IT-oplossingen, waarbij je verschillende oplossingsrichtingen vergelijkt en beslissingen faciliteert
  • Je navigeert naadloos tussen managementniveau en dev(ops)-teams, en brengt op elk niveau de juiste inzichten
  • Je bouwt sterke relaties op met business én IT-stakeholders en groeit uit tot trusted advisor
  • Je begeleidt technische teams in de implementatie, coacht hen in architecturale richtlijnen en good practices
  • Je bouwt samen met andere architecten aan de referentiearchitectuur van de klant, over oplossingen en projecten heen

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent een IT-generalistprofiel waarmee je oplossingen end-to-end kan vormgeven in interactie met experts
  • Kennis van architectuurprincipes en diverse architectuur- en designpatronen - Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een pragmatische mindset om haalbare oplossingen te bieden
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands (en Engels), met de vaardigheid om complexe concepten helder over te brengen aan zowel technische als niet-technische stakeholders
  • Een teamspeler die energie haalt uit kennisdeling en het begeleiden van collega's
  • Een plus is:
  • Diepgaande kennis in één of meerdere foundation domeinen (data, integratie, cloud)
  • Ervaring met AI-architectuurpatronen (RAG, agentic flows, LLM-integratie)
  • Sectorkennis in financial services, industrie of healthcare
