Software engineers bij AE werken dagelijks met Claude en GitHub Copilot: voor codegeneratie, code review, testscripts en documentatie. Dat versnelt niet alleen je werk — het verandert ook wat waardevolle expertise betekent. Je leert hoe je AI slim inzet én wanneer je er bewust van afwijkt. En je werkt mee aan applicaties voor klanten waarbij AI zelf een onderdeel is van de oplossing.

Wat is je focus?

  • Je bouwt robuuste, schaalbare en performante applicaties met moderne technologieën
  • Je werkt nauw samen met klanten en collega's om functionele en technische uitdagingen op te lossen
  • Je draagt bij aan software-architectuur en design en denkt actief mee over good practices — ook rond het gebruik van AI in het development proces
  • Je zet in op kwaliteit via automated testing, code reviews en CI/CD-principes
  • Je blijft continu leren en experimenteren — met nieuwe technologieën én met AI-tools die je workflow versnellen

Wie ben jij?

  • Sterke ervaring met softwareontwikkeling in .NET (C#) en Java
  • Analytisch vermogen en een passie voor probleemoplossing
  • Communicatief sterk: technische concepten helder uitleggen aan diverse gesprekspartners
  • Gedreven om continu bij te leren en kennis te delen
  • Interesse in hoe AI het vak van software engineer verandert
  • Vloeiend Nederlands
  • Pluspunten:
  • Affiniteit met softwarearchitectuur en cloudplatformen (AWS of Azure)
  • Ervaring met AI-geïntegreerde applicatieontwikkeling
  • Kennis van frontend-frameworks (React, Angular of vergelijkbaar)
