AFNOR Certification, organisme de certification d’AFNOR Groupe développe, commercialise et réalise une offre très large d’évaluation et de certification de systèmes de management (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 22000…), de produits, services (marque NF…) et compétences en France et à l’international.

Au sein de cette filiale du groupe AFNOR, le Pôle Certification de Personnes a pour mission d’accompagner des clients dans le domaine du diagnostic immobilier et de l’audit interne qui souhaite faire certifier leurs compétences dans le but d’augmenter leur employabilité ou se démarquer de la concurrence en tant que consultants indépendants.

Votre rôle consiste à gérer un portefeuille client :

• Gestion de la relation client tout au long du processus de certification en phase initiale, maintien et renouvellement

• Organiser et participer aux sessions d'examen (logistique, planning, relation avec les examinateurs, le cas échéant, surveillance, traitement des résultats)

• Etablir la facturation

Profil recherché :

De formation supérieure Bac +2/+3 en relation client ou gestion des entreprises et administration, vous disposez d’une première expérience réussie en gestion de relation client.

Doté d’un excellent relationnel, d’une rigueur au quotidien et d’une grande autonomie vous avez démontré de réelles qualités d’écoute.

Ce poste demande d’être à l’aise avec les outils informatiques, efficace et organisé et d’aimer travailler en équipe.

Une bonne expression orale et écrite est également demandée.

Informations complémentaires : CDD de 6 mois pour démarrer mi novembre

La rémunération est de 28 à 32KEUR brut annuel (13ème mois inclus) en fonction de votre expérience.
