The posting

Au sein d’AFNOR Normalisation, le département Développement et Innovation accompagne les organisations (entreprises, fédérations professionnelles, pouvoirs publics, collectivités) qui veulent anticiper, structurer ou faire émerger de nouveaux référentiels.

Nous concevons pour elles des prestations sur mesure, à la frontière entre expertise normative, conseil et innovation.

Pour renforcer l’équipe, nous recherchons un(e) chef de projet capable de piloter ces missions de bout en bout.

Vos missions

  • Réaliser des études stratégiques : analyser les enjeux normatifs d’un secteur ou d’une technologie émergente et formuler des recommandations.
  • Concevoir et produire des veilles normatives, réglementaires et technologiques adaptées aux besoins de chaque client.
  • Piloter des projets de pré-normalisation : animer des groupes de travail multi-acteurs et rédiger des documents de référence.
  • Garantir la qualité des livrables, le respect des délais et du budget, et la satisfaction client.
  • Participer à la construction des propositions commerciales avec l’équipe en charge du développement : analyse du besoin, cadrage, chiffrage, planning.
  • Contribuer au développement de nouvelles offres et à la visibilité du département.

Votre profil

  • Formation Bac+5 (IEP, école d’ingénieur, école de commerce, …).
  • Expérience en gestion de projet, conseil, études.
  • Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et de synthèse.
  • Aisance dans l’animation de réunions et de groupes d’acteurs aux intérêts parfois divergents.
  • Curiosité pour les sujets d’innovation et de transition (numérique, industrie, nouveaux usages…).

Informations complémentaires :

La rémunération est de 38 à 40KEUR brut annuel (13ème mois inclus) en fonction de votre expérience.
