The posting

Vos missions :

Au sein d'une équipe de 6 personnes, vous aurez pour objectif d'entretenir une relation de proximité avec les clients B to B pour des prestations de certification d'entreprises issues du secteur médical en contribuant à leur satisfaction et à leur fidélisation.

Les principales missions incluent la gestion du portefeuille de clients, la planification et l'organisation des audits, la gestion administrative des dossiers de certification, la préparation des décisions de certification, l'émission des certificats, la gestion des commandes fournisseurs et de la facturation, ainsi que la fidélisation des clients et la détection d'opportunités commerciales.

Votre profil :

De formation supérieure Bac +2/+3 en relation client ou gestion des entreprises et administration, vous avez acquis une première expérience significative de la relation client en gérant intégralement des portefeuilles clients, idéalement dans des entreprises de services.

Votre écoute, votre aisance relationnelle et votre adaptabilité vous permettent d’accompagner, de fidéliser le client mais également de travailler en équipe avec différents interlocuteurs internes.

Curieux d’esprit, méthodique, rigoureux, impliqué, force de proposition et motivé vous serez amené à développer vos connaissances et vos compétences sur différents référentiels de certifications.

Une aisance avec les outils informatiques et une bonne expression orale et écrite sont demandées.

En accompagnant l’ensemble des acteurs de la chaîne de vie des dispositifs médicaux couverts par la certification ISO 13485 (fabricants, sous-traitants, fournisseurs, distributeurs, importateurs, prestataires de services...), vous jouez un rôle clé dans la confiance accordée aux technologies de santé, au bénéfice des patients et des professionnels de santé.

Informations complémentaires :

CDD d'une durée de 18 mois

La rémunération est de 28 à 32KEUR brut annuel (13ème mois inclus) en fonction de votre expérience.
