Responsável pela execução e conferência dos processos de Departamento Pessoal, com foco no processamento e fechamento da folha de pagamento, assegurando a consistência dos cálculos, registros e informações. Atua com autonomia nas rotinas de administração de pessoal, encargos, obrigações acessórias, férias, rescisões e controle de jornada, cumprindo os prazos e os procedimentos estabelecidos.

Escolaridade: Ensino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas.

  • Executar o processamento e a conferência da folha de pagamento, verificando lançamentos, bases de cálculo, proventos e descontos.
  • Consolidar e validar informações de ponto, horas extras, adicionais, faltas, afastamentos e demais variáveis da folha.
  • Analisar divergências, realizar ajustes e conferir os resultados antes da liberação para aprovação e pagamento.
  • Processar e conferir adiantamentos salariais, férias, décimo terceiro e rescisões.
  • Apurar e conferir encargos e obrigações relacionados à folha, acompanhando os respectivos prazos.
  • Transmitir e conferir eventos do eSocial, tratar inconsistências e acompanhar a integração das informações com os demais sistemas.
  • Executar as rotinas de FGTS Digital e DCTFWeb pertinentes ao Departamento Pessoal, em alinhamento com a Contabilidade.
  • Interpretar e aplicar as disposições trabalhistas, convenções e acordos coletivos relacionados às rotinas sob sua responsabilidade.
  • Realizar e conferir cadastros, admissões, alterações salariais, transferências e movimentações contratuais no sistema.
  • Controlar a programação e o processamento de férias, acompanhando períodos aquisitivos e concessivos.
  • Acompanhar afastamentos e retornos, mantendo os registros e seus reflexos na folha atualizados.
  • Conferir descontos de benefícios, pensões alimentícias e demais eventos aplicáveis à remuneração.
  • Gerar arquivos bancários e relatórios para aprovação, pagamento e contabilização da folha.
  • Conciliar os valores da folha com os relatórios financeiros e contábeis, esclarecendo diferenças.
  • Atender colaboradores e gestores em dúvidas sobre pagamentos, descontos, férias, rescisões e jornada.
  • Organizar documentos e evidências para auditorias e fiscalizações.
  • Elaborar controles e indicadores de Departamento Pessoal, propondo melhorias para reduzir erros e retrabalho.
  • Preservar o sigilo dos dados pessoais, salariais e contratuais aos quais tiver acesso.
