Analista de CRM & Inbound Marketing Jr. | PJ | Remoto

Somos a F2F, uma agência integrada, pioneira na adoção de Inteligência Artificial aplicada ao marketing e à criatividade. Há 13 anos conectamos dados, conteúdo e performance para gerar resultados consistentes para grandes marcas.

Estamos buscando uma pessoa para atuar na operação de CRM e Inbound Marketing, apoiando a execução de campanhas, automações, fluxos de nutrição e integrações para diferentes clientes da agência.

É uma posição para quem gosta de organização, lógica, tecnologia e execução, tem curiosidade para aprender novas ferramentas e quer ganhar cada vez mais autonomia dentro da operação.

O prestador será responsável por:

  • Configurar e acompanhar campanhas de e-mail, automações e fluxos de nutrição em plataformas de CRM e automação de marketing.
  • Apoiar a operação de clientes utilizando ferramentas como RD Station e outras plataformas do nosso stack.
  • Apoiar integrações entre CRM e outros canais e ferramentas, como WhatsApp, Meta e plataformas de dados.
  • Realizar ajustes simples de HTML em e-mails e landing pages.
  • ]Acompanhar a execução das campanhas e identificar eventuais problemas nos fluxos e configurações.
  • Apoiar a construção e manutenção de réguas de comunicação e jornadas de relacionamento.
  • Acompanhar métricas e relatórios das campanhas e organizar informações para o time.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com analistas de diferentes níveis, Tecnologia e Atendimento.
  • Com o desenvolvimento na função, assumir gradualmente mais autonomia na condução das demandas e no contato com clientes.

Quais habilidades serão úteis nesse serviço:

  • Experiência inicial com CRM, automação de marketing, Inbound Marketing ou ferramentas similares.
  • Familiaridade com alguma plataforma de automação de marketing, como RD Station, Mailchimp, HubSpot ou similares.
  • Noções de HTML aplicadas a e-mails e landing pages.
  • Raciocínio lógico e facilidade para entender fluxos, regras, integrações e automações.
  • Organização para trabalhar com diferentes demandas, clientes e prazos.
  • Boa comunicação escrita e verbal.
  • Curiosidade e facilidade para aprender novas ferramentas.
  • Perfil proativo, com disposição para investigar problemas antes de buscar ajuda.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar com autonomia crescente.
