A F2F Filmes está em busca de uma pessoa para atuar em Produção Executiva Audiovisual, contribuindo para o planejamento, a viabilidade e a gestão financeira dos nossos projetos.

Procuramos alguém com experiência no mercado audiovisual, perfil analítico, organização e autonomia para conduzir demandas, antecipar riscos e propor soluções.

O prestador será responsável por

  • Analisar briefings, dimensionar recursos e identificar necessidades e riscos de produção.
  • Elaborar orçamentos e propostas comerciais para projetos audiovisuais.
  • Realizar cotações, negociações e contratações de profissionais, fornecedores e serviços.
  • Acompanhar custos, margens e compromissos financeiros dos projetos.
  • Avaliar impactos de alterações de escopo e propor alternativas de execução.
  • Conduzir controles administrativos, solicitações de pagamento e fechamento financeiro dos projetos.
  • Participar de alinhamentos com clientes e fornecedores relacionados a orçamento, escopo e condições de contratação.

  • Experiência prévia em produtora audiovisual com projetos publicitários e de conteúdo digital.
  • Conhecimento em elaboração de orçamentos e dimensionamento de recursos de produção.
  • Capacidade analítica e visão crítica para interpretar briefings e avaliar a viabilidade de projetos.
  • Organização para gerenciar múltiplas demandas e prazos simultaneamente.
  • Autonomia, senso de responsabilidade e atenção à qualidade das entregas.
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade de negociação.
  • Domínio de planilhas e ferramentas de organização e controle de projetos.
  • Familiaridade com indicadores financeiros e análise de rentabilidade por projeto.
  • Uso prático de ferramentas de inteligência artificial para otimizar processos, organizar informações, apoiar análises e aumentar a produtividade, com capacidade de validar criticamente os resultados.
