Ihre Aufgaben

Für den Aufbau unseres gastronomischen Sozialbetriebs im Rahmen des Programms „Soziale Betriebe 3.0“ suchen wir zum 01.09.2026 eine engagierte Fachkraft (m/w/d) für fachliche Anleitung und sozialpädagogische Begleitung in Vollzeit (39,4 Std./Woche).

In unserem Betrieb "ReTaste - Gutes von gestern für heute und morgen" begleiten wir bis zu zehn ehemals langzeitarbeitslose Menschen – insbesondere Frauen mit Fluchterfahrung – auf ihrem Weg in den Arbeitsmarkt. Durch praxisnahe Anleitung, individuelle Förderung und sozialpädagogische Unterstützung schaffen wir Perspektiven und stärken nachhaltige Beschäftigungsfähigkeit.

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Fachliche Anleitung und Qualifizierung der Mitarbeitenden sowohl im internen Produktionsbetrieb (Kochen, Einlegen, Einwecken, Fermentieren) als auch in externen Verkaufsstätten (z.B. Wochenmärkte)
  • Sozialpädagogische Begleitung zur Stabilisierung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Förderung zentraler Schlüsselkompetenzen wie Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Belastbarkeit
  • Arbeitsintegrierte Lernbegleitung („Lernen am Arbeitsplatz“)
  • Durchführung von Profilings, Eignungsfeststellungen und individueller Förderplanung
  • Begleitung von Bewerbungsprozessen und aktive Unterstützung bei der Arbeitsmarktintegration
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kooperations‑ und Netzwerkpartnern
  • eigenverantwortliche Mitarbeit bei der Auftragsakquise (Identifikation, Ansprache und Abstimmung geeigneter Aufträge) sowie bei der wirtschaftlichen Planung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des Sozialbetriebs

Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossenes Fachhochschulstudium (Bachelor) oder vergleichbar
  • Ausbildung in Gastronomie/Hotellerie erforderlich
  • pädagogische oder sozialpädagogische Zusatzqualifikation (z.B. AEVO)
  • mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Beschäftigungsförderung, Coaching oder Anleitung wünschenswert
  • ausgeprägte Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und ein wertschätzender, professioneller Umgang mit Teilnehmenden unterschiedlicher sozialer und kultureller Hintergründe
  • Fähigkeit, Vertrauen aufzubauen, zu motivieren und klar sowie empathisch zu kommunizieren
  • strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie Sicherheit in Dokumentations‑, Monitoring‑ und Verwaltungsaufgaben
  • sozialunternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Kenntnisse gängiger PC-Technik und Bürosoftware, besonders MS Office
  • Führerschein
