Zum schnellstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für unseren Sozialbetrieb Kreuzberg in der Ohlauer Straße 42, 10999 Berlin einen/ eine

Handwerker*in für 30h - 39,4h / Woche.

Das Angebot ist perfekt für Dich, wenn Du nach längerer Arbeitslosigkeit wieder durchstarten willst. Wir begleiten Dich geduldig, mit sich steigernden Arbeitsaufträgen und Qualifizierungen je nach Ihrem Bedarf auf dem Weg in eine Beschäftigung auf dem ersten Arbeitsmarkt. Voraussetzung ist, dass Du vom Jobcenter eine Förderung nach §16e/§16i SGB II erhalten kannst. Diese Förderungen richten sich an Personen, die bereits längere Zeit arbeitslos sind (in den letzten 7 Jahren 6 Jahre im Leistungsbezug) und beim Einstieg ins Berufsleben unterstützt werden wollen.

Unser Standort in Kreuzberg ist unsere Basis, von wo aus wir unsere einzelnen Aufträge angehen - ein Ort zum Schrauben, Planen und Zusammenkommen. Hier organisieren wir unsere Handwerksaufträge, tauschen Ideen aus und starten gemeinsam in die Projekte des Alltags.

Deine Aufgaben in unserem Team sind vor allem: • Allgemeine Handwerks- und Reparaturarbeiten im Innen- und Außenbereich

  • Hausmeistertätigkeiten (z.B. Aufgangsreinigung, Leuchtmittel tauschen und vieles mehr)
  • Galabau (einfache Gartenpflege z.B. Hecken schneiden, Wildkraut entfernen, Wege reinigen)

• Möbelaufbau und Montageservice

  • Kleinere Klempner- und Sanitärarbeiten (z. B. Austausch von Armaturen, Abdichtungen und einfachen Reparaturen)
  • Spendenfahrräder abholen oder annehmen und Zustand prüfen
  • Aushilfen im Tagesgeschäft der Fahrradwerkstatt

Dabei hast du erfahrene Kolleg*innen und einen Anleiter an Deiner Seite, die Dich bei der korrekten Ausführung und der Erweiterung Deiner Kompetenzen unterstützen.

Die Stelle ist befristet und setzt eine Förderung nach §16i oder §16e SGB II voraus.

Ihr Profil

  • Handwerkliches Geschick sowie praktische Erfahrung in handwerklichen oder technischen Tätigkeiten
  • Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Handwerk oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung in verschiedenen Gewerken
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches Auftreten sowie ein service- und kundenorientierter Umgang
  • Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft
  • Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
  • Grundkenntnisse am PC von Vorteil (z. B. für Zeiterfassung, Dokumentation oder Materialrecherche)
  • Teamfähigkeit, Motivation und Freude an vielseitigen Aufgaben
