Zum schnellstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für unseren Sozialbetrieb Kreuzberg in der Ohlauer Straße 42, 10999 Berlin eine*n

Fahrradmechaniker*in / Fahrradmonteur*in für 30 h / Woche.

Das Angebot ist perfekt für Dich, wenn Du nach längerer Arbeitslosigkeit wieder durchstarten willst. Wir begleiten Dich geduldig, mit sich steigernden Arbeitsaufträgen und Qualifizierungen je nach Ihrem Bedarf auf dem Weg in eine unbefristete Beschäftigung. Voraussetzung ist, dass Du vom Jobcenter eine Förderung nach §16e/§16i SGB II erhalten kannst. Diese Förderungen richten sich an Personen, die bereits längere Zeit arbeitslos sind (in den letzten 7 Jahren 6 Jahre im Leistungsbezug) und beim Einstieg ins Berufsleben unterstützt werden wollen.

In unserer Fahrradwerkstatt in Kreuzberg verkaufen und reparieren wir Fahrräder. Dabei setzen wir vor allem auf Spendenfahrräder, um ihnen ein zweites Leben zu schenken.

Deine Aufgaben in unserer Werkstatt sind vor allem:

  • Spendenfahrräder abholen oder annehmen und Zustand prüfen
  • Fahrräder für den Verkauf aufbereiten, z.B. Teile austauschen
  • Durchsicht von Kundenfahrrädern, um Defekte zu erkennen
  • Fahrräder für unsere Kund*innen reparieren, z.B. Schlauch oder Mantel wechseln, Bremsbeläge tauschen, Kette tauschen, Schaltung reparieren, Lichtanlage reparieren/montieren oder viele weitere je nach Bedarf

Dabei hast Du erfahrene Kolleg*innen und einen Anleiter an Deiner Seite, die Dich bei der korrekten Ausführung und der Erweiterung Deiner Kompetenzen unterstützen.

Die Stelle ist befristet und setzt eine Förderung nach §16i oder §16e SGB II voraus.

Ihr Profil

  • Berufsausbildung oder erste Berufserfahrung als Fahrradmechaniker*in / Fahrradmonteur*in oder in vergleichbaren Berufen, z.B. mehrjährige Erfahrung in sozialen Fahrradwerkstätten
  • Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
  • Grundkenntnisse am PC wünschenswert (z.B. für Zeiterfassung und Recherche nach Teilen)
  • Motivation und hohe Kundenorientierung
